God’s Care Pentecostal Ministries Limited was birthed out of a burden God placed on the heart of Pastor Azaria Mugizi in the early 1990s.
What began as a small fellowship in the living room of a widow in Ishongororo in 1993 has grown into a vibrant ministry with churches, and schools
across Uganda. In 1996, the ministry secured land in Ishongororo Town,
which became its permanent home and headquarters.
The ministry’s vision was clear from the beginning to raise and release kingdom-distinguished citizens who would serve God
and transform their communities. To achieve this, the church invested in both spiritual and social development.
Over 26 churches have been planted in different regions of Uganda,
forming a strong fellowship united under God’s Care Pentecostal Ministries. As an autonomous entity,
independent from its members, sponsors, and affiliates worldwide, it is dedicated to serving the community
through voluntary initiatives. The ministry focuses on providing religious and educational support,
as well as caring for orphans, widows, and other vulnerable groups,
offering charitable services aimed at uplifting lives rather than pursuing profit or commercial gain.
